In order to completely delete personal data the User shall login to account on the Operator's website (https://treadox.com/), press "Tickets" (or paste https://treadox.com/my/tickets/ in browser and hit enter), then press "Create ticket", after that a form will appear.

The User shall enter "Erase personal data" in the Subject field, skip "Relates to" field, choose "High" in the Priority field, enter "Erase my personal data" in the last field of the form, and hit "Create".

The Operator will process the request within 1-2 hours and completely erase personal data from its databases.

Before transborder transfer of personal data, the Operator shall make sure that the foreign country, to the territory of which the personal data transfer is supposed to be performed, provides reliable protection of personal data subjects' rights.

The transborder transfer of personal data to foreign countries, which do not meet the above requirements, may be performed only if the personal data subject consents in writing to the transborder transfer of his/her personal data and/or performs the contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
